How do we make decisions?


This is a question I ask myself every morning during my teeth brushing ritual.

Is it purely flashy packaging that attracts a consumer to buy a product or is it just convenience or familiarity which gets her to pick one brand over another?

I function as a University Professor of Marketing, but in practice I am a student dedicated to this discipline for a lifetime. I also help students understand these questions.

Marketing is more than just buying and selling products Рit is also about creativity and innovation. One challenge in marketing is making your message memorable, which is especially crucial in today’s information age.

I spend most my time finding the placebos’ of the human behavioral world.
